Product Returns & Warranty

Metro Vape Shop offers a 30 day in-store return period for unused items, upon which the purchaser may receive store credit.
The warranty period for defective products is 30 days from the date of sale. Warranty products will be exchanged for an equivalent product or store credit.
All items returned, including for warranty, must be in like-new condition, have a store receipt, and the associated packaging, including serial number and security codes.

Due to the nature of the industry, hygienic, and safety issues, we do not accept warranty claims for the prescribed items:

⦁ All sales items (There will be no warranty on any items purchase through any sales as they are final)
